CONSTRUCTION/Residential FULL TIME
Superintendent: Multiple residential home construction experiences are a must.

Perform daily accounts receivable tasks such as charging fees, recording payments including ACH drafts, and handling collection efforts over multiple entities.
Perform daily accounts payable tasks such as processing vendor invoices and payments over multiple entities and bank accounts.
Perform monthly account reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
Process monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist Controller with accounting functions.

GROUNDS KEEPER AT SHOLOM PARK PART TIME (SAT & SUN ONLY)
Opening and closing the park as part of scheduled requirements. This involves unlocking the gates for the public. At night, closing the park, including informing guests of closing time and requesting their exit from the park prior to closing time. Locking the gates, securing the park and equipment prior to closing.
Perform traffic/parking control.
Apply pesticides/herbicides for campus.
Maintain tools, equipment, shop and work areas for maximum production and safety.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Meets the expectations and requirements of Park visitors and management.
Acts with Park visitor’s safety and enjoyment in mind
Establishes and maintains effective relationships and gains Park visitors trust and respect
Mowing lawns and edging common areas, trimming shrubs, trees, and bushes, according to instructions
Removing trash and debris
Maintaining safe work habits and practices.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE/BUILDING MAINTEANCE DEPT FULL TIME
Facility Maintenance Team Member CPO Certified. Experienced in Building Maintenance and Event Set-up, Light carpentry and must be able to work independently and must have valid Florida Driver’s license. Ability to read and understand written directions. Safe work practices. Experienced swimming pool maintenance, Pressure Cleaning and ability to work out doors in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE: FULL TIME
Golf Course Equipment Operators: The Operator provides the mowing, and other machine operated equipment uses for golf course playability and professional appearance. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World golf courses. This position requires attention to detail and care for turf health. Must be able to lift 25 pounds; exposure to all weather conditions (Extreme Heat).

General Residential Lawn Maintenance: The Residential Grounds Maintenance Team Member provides general grounds maintenance for the residents of the On Top of the World Communities. This position is responsible for the professional appearance of the On Top of the World Communities. Must lift 25 pounds, use landscaping tools for extended periods of time; exposure to all weather conditions (Extreme Heat).

SPRAY TECHNICIANS: FULL TIME
Grounds Maintenance, Golf Course Maintenance & Sustainable Lawn Maintenance (SLM):
Oversee fertilization and pest control of shrubbery, lawns and landscaped areas.
License is not required although there are some positions that may need an active pesticide license and some may need 3-5 yrs. verifiable experience in a large scale Residential/Golf course property.
A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
RANCH FITNESS CENTER & SPA: Part-Time Positions Massage Therapist: State of Florida license is required. Understands and practices universal precautions when providing services. Able to assess client’s contraindications which may limit or prevent services taking place. Maintains all certificates based on services offered and provided.
Front Desk Receptionist: Ensures the “Ranch Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the established standards. Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests. Becomes knowledgeable in the line of products carried, their uses, prices, etc. Greets each guest with a smile and direct eye contact. Goes the extra mile for members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers, etc. Enrolls members and guests in programs. Makes reservations for spa services and personal training.
Conducts tours and attends membership meetings. Receives payments for goods and services and properly accounts for the money. Maintains accurate list of pulled retail and/or professional by therapists. Uses time efficiently throughout shift by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory, etc. Ensure proper coverage when it is necessary to leave the front area. Maintains a clean work area free from clutter and personal effects. Responsible to learn computer software (Jonas) and train new employees in the use. Add items into retail/professional inventories
